Human T cell biology on immunosenescence and autoimmunity

Currently, we are doing research on viral epidemiology. Outbreaks of gastroenteritis remain a major public health concern. The lab is currently focusing on human enteric viruses such as rotaviruses, noroviruses, enteric adenovirus, and bocaviruses. My laboratory does also investigate human T cell biology, focusing on immunosenescence and autoimmunity. We are analyzing the effects of aging and autoimmune diseases on regulatory T cells in humans.
